This is a perfect example, in my opinion. Thank-you. It is very difficult to distinguish these things without a blood or urine glucose test. Also worth noting that both are absolutely “life-or-death” medical emergencies. Terrifying. Short of carrying some kind of obvious marking which states “I am diabetic. I might not be acting like myself. Test my sugar levels please.” I really don’t know how people cope.
